U4GM Forza Horizon 6 Treasure Car Location Tips
Hidden vehicles are easy to miss in Forza Horizon 6 because the game doesn't shove them onto your map straight away. That's what makes Treasure Cars feel worth chasing. They're not Autoshow stock, they're not event prizes, and they don't need a long grind before you can start looking. If you're already comparing rare FH6 Cars, these nine finds should be high on your list, since each one is tied to a specific region of Japan and has to be discovered out in the open world.
How the hunt actually works
Treasure Cars are different from Barn Finds. You don't wait for a restoration timer, and you don't need to push through a chunk of campaign progress first. Once free roam opens up, you can start searching. Drive close enough to the right spot and Mei will call in with a rumour, then the car gets added to your Treasure Cars list. There are nine in total, with one hidden in each major region. Drone mode helps a lot, especially in the woods, around rail lines, or up in the mountains where a parked car can vanish behind a slope or a few trees.
The first city and lowland finds
The 1991 Nissan Figaro is down on Tokyo City's southern coast. Use the western bridge that leads toward the Drift Club island as your marker, then follow the shoreline east until you spot a small parking area. In Minamino, the 1969 Dodge Charger R/T is much easier to grab. Head for the golf course entrance, find the 365 store near the clubhouse, and check behind it. The 1985 Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE in Ohtani is trickier. Look near the western edge of the region for a tower cluster with three red towers, one big white tower, and a wooden house nearby. The RX-7 sits on the southeast side of that group.
Mountains, coast roads, and rail tracks
Ito's 1985 Nissan Safari Turbo is tucked up in the northeast highlands near the wind farm. If you've passed the Toyota 2000GT Barn Find area, keep climbing the dirt route and scan around the turbine bases. In Shimanoyama, the 1987 Porsche 959 waits outside a 365 convenience store in Narai-Juku, northwest of the stadium. Nangan hides the 2005 Ford GT on a narrow coastal trail in the far southeast corner. Watch for a small roadside pull-off with a yellow sign, then take the path toward the overlook. The car faces out toward Tokyo, which is a nice little view if you stop for a second.
Snow routes and the last rewards
The 1981 BMW M1 is best found by following Hokubu's railway north, close to the farmland near the Takashiro border and the Ascent street race area. Takashiro's 1995 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III GSR sits near a waterfall, reached by following the dirt road past a torii gate on the temple route. The 1974 Lancia Stratos HF Stradale is up in snowy Sotoyama on the Tateyama Alpine pass, west of Hakusan Mountain Lodge, beside a large roadside lodge. Collecting all nine gives you the full Treasure Car set, a player card emblem, an achievement, and a much stronger garage. If you're also building around upgrades, auctions, or seasonal buying, having cheap Forza Horizon 6 Credits available can make the rest of your collection plans feel a lot less slow.
