Living Lightning II looks strange at first glance. It is tagged as a Minion, Trigger, Lightning, and Duration support, but it does not behave like a normal summon setup at all. You get 1% increased damage for every 5 Strength, and 1% increased attack speed for every 10 Dexterity. That means a heavy Strength build can push the gem harder than most people expect.
